Account Manager

Responsibilities
ClickMail Marketing is growing and is looking for someone to fill our newly created Account Manager role. Were looking for a star employee that will help continue to strengthen and grow our relationship with our customers. As an Account Manager you will be the first point of contact with our customers and will be responsible for executing their emessaging needs on a daily basis. This role is a combination account manager and sales support role. Responsibilities include:

  • In-depth service to our current and potential customers
  • Ensure that our customers receive improved, dedicated, and personalized service
  • Receive and answer, within established guidelines, customer questions and concerns
  • Test and deploy emails, fax and voice broadcasts for our customers
  • Supply scheduled internal and external reporting as needed
  • Provide operational support to Sales
  • Data entry into CRM tool of prospects and customer information
  • Coordinate lead capture (via various online and offline sources)
  • Ability to make outbound "warm" leads provided by the company (use of Salesforce.com)
  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of processes and procedures for the department as well as support to the Director of Sales for any cross-functional procedures
  • Proactively initiate ideas for growth and overall improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, Internet savvy, HTML editing skills a plus (i.e. DreamWeaver)
  • Must have strong trouble shooting and analysis skills
  • Professional attitude, enthusiastic, reliable, detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize workloads accordingly to meet targeted objectives
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Must possess superior written and oral communication skills
  • Must possess aptitude and positive attitude to contribute significantly to our service standard
  • Ability to analyze daily and long-term problems/issues and to identify and implement solutions independently with adequate follow-up with the VP of Marketing
  • Ability to perform phone and email communications to ensure customers are responded to in a thorough manner
  • Will research and resolve customer inquiries by taking ownership of the inquiry/issue, engage the appropriate audience and drive the inquiry/issue to closure

Business Development Manager

Description
The Business Development Manager is responsible for accurately forecasting and consistently meeting or exceeding sales booking quotas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Self-generate and close opportunities within a defined geographic territory or market segment(s).
  • Generate opportunities by following up on leads and through professional, dedicated prospecting including cold-calling.
  • Support sponsored events and lead generation via networking and participation in professional organizations.
  • Meet and exceed all monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Own the sales process - from lead generation through contract booking and hand-off to account management.
  • Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting within our internal SFA system.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and key industry trends through attending industry events and vendor partner training
  • Develops and reviews annual and quarterly quota attainment plans
  • Support marketing plans to generate leads from tradeshows and networking events.

Qualifications:

  • College degree
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of quota bearing software sales experience
  • Current relationships and knowledge of market in assigned territory.
  • Articulate and persuasive communication skills; exceptional listening skills.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision and maximum accountability.
  • Superior professional presence and business acumen.
  • Thorough computer and internet knowledge
  • Experience selling at the "C" level a plus.
  • Marketing experience required, online and email marketing experience a plus.

Compensation
Base salary plus very attractive commission plan, benefits package including medical insurance, vacation plus holiday and sick time.
