Russ Cerminaro - President

Russ has more than 17 years experience in the direct mail, fulfillment and emarketing arenas. Before starting ClickMail Marketing, he was one of the co-founders of Nationwide Mailing, Inc. He is also the president of ClickMail Marketing's partner company, Lightning Direct. Russ possesses a wealth of experience and knowledge that meshes well with his highly focused customer-service philosophy. As President, Russ is responsible for charting ClickMail's strategic direction and extending the company's visibility and leadership into new realms of emarketing.

Marco Marini - Vice President, Marketing & Operations

Marco has worked in the high tech market for more than 15 years. He was previously Director of Demand Generation at CyberSource Corporation, a leading eCommerce payment provider. Marco has also served in key marketing positions at eHealthInsurance, DoveBid and IBM Canada. As the Vice President of Marketing & Operations, Marco is responsible for all customer touch points, including messaging and positioning, lead generation, advertising, PR, customer communications and support.

Brian Steacy - Vice President of Sales

Before joining ClickMail Marketing, Brian worked in the Northern California marketplace for ExactTarget, a leading email service provider (ESP) for permission-based email marketing. Brian has been a sales and marketing professional for over 20 years, working with both enterprise and start-up companies. The core of Brian's career has been spent producing information technology sales for fast-growth companies, such as Sun Microsystems. He is a graduate of UC Berkeley, the two-year Business Professional's Course, and he has completed eight years of advanced work in the Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Power (LEIP) program offered by The Aji Network. At ClickMail, Brian is responsible for guiding company's future growth, and managing the ClickMail Marketing direct and channel sales teams.

Michael Kelly - Director, Business Development

Michael brings more than 20 years sales experience in the telecommunications and messaging industries from well-respected companies including Computer Telephone Corp, Pacific Bell and Cable & Wireless USA where he was a perennial Chairman's Club performer. He has managed direct sales and channel partner programs, and is an expert in strategic business development and alliance partnerships. At ClickMail, Michael focuses on developing partnerships and driving revenues.
